After more conversations about the fact that the product was advertised as NEW and see the pictures but actually getting a bottle thatchers a bit more than 50 % full and ask for a part of the money back, that was denied, I decided to write it here so that you all take care . I will definitively not buy again from him. I find it not ok and not fair to not disclose this by writing, like others also do: not full … 60-90% so to be transparent. It’s not about the money but the art which is wrong

Please always read product description and check out pictures before buying. Description stated clearly AS SEEN IN THE PICTURES, CHECK OUT LEVEL IN THE LAST ONE. Buyer asked for a 32 euro refund i.e. a 50% discount which is unacceptable since brand new product costs 172 euros on jo malone´s official website.
