I bought these because I heard that magnesium citrate helps with leg cramps and restless legs. I was on 4mg of ropinoral for my restless legs but was starting to get the cramps coming through even after taking the medication. I started taking 2 magnesium citrate tablets in the evening. I now am on only 2mg of ropinoral that’s a reduction of 2mg. I don’t get cramps or restless legs anymore. The magnesium doesn’t work straight away, it’s took about 4 weeks to see improvement..
