If I would have had more insight on the type of diet this was I would not have purchased this book especially for the amt I paid. The diet will likely work for someone but for myself it is not a good choice.

So far the only thing this book says that most don't is to eat later in the day. Has a few good recipes in the back. Definitely does NOT have over 20.00 worth of information. Love the Doctor though. I will just resell the book.
