Bought two prep purification columns from them. One worked great and one did not. Tried to explain this to them and they kept saying both are fine. Tested it on 3 different instruments and failed each time. The other worked great with the same testing. Asked for refund and to ship back and they said no. We are very experienced in these columns and using them for peptide purification. With 12 prep instruments and hundreds of thousands of peptides purified we know what we are talking about.

With "wrong" column he saw split peaks. There is a well studied method in the literature how to get rid of it. We described it for him, suggested to do the test. He didn't. Probably he felt humiliated to accept suggestion from others, as he is so extremely experienced.
