Easy to scale up recipes for normal calorie intake as all recipes state number of servings (varies from 1 to 4) and calorie count per serving. Well illustrated throughout. Note that the spicy section recipes are definitely SPICY. Recommended to all including meat eaters wanting to reduce their meat consumption.
