Service was quick and I encountered no problems. However make sure if you are doing this on a portable that you have it plugged into AC as this takes a very long time and batteries may not last. Win 10 is a huge improvement over win 8. It give you back the classic interface if you want so people who don't have a touch screen can function normally!
