I was pleasantly surprised when the press arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately on opening the press it was not the one that I ordered however this was sorted very quickly and the right one was then sent out and still arrived before I expected the first one. The customer service was excellent and they answered questions I had quickly. The actual heat press pressure seems a little uneven but this may because it is a clam press. Overall I am happy with my purchase for the price I paid.
