I bought this camera February 2011 and am absolutely delighted with it. Thing is, I had quite an extensive list of requirements, with two musts: quiet and medium format. That quickly narrowed it down. Add the requirement of interchangeable lenses and the Mamiya 6 and 7 are the only cameras that fit the bill. Reason why I chose the 7II over the others is that this camera is still in production, so it can be serviced and spare parts are still available. The images you'll get with this camera will blow your mind. There's quite some skill involved to get the most out of the camera and I'm certainly not there yet, but after a couple of rolls I'm starting to get the hang of it. It's very cool to be able to read the labels on whiskey bottles, from the negative. The negatives are a whopping 6x7, the ideal format. The camera is light and is a joy to hold. Loading and changing a film is effortless. Love it, absolutely love it.Read full review
Excellent lens quality, sturdy but ergonomic camera for a medium format (6x7). It is the closest I ever used to the ease of use of 35mm, one can quickly focus this rangefinder and take a picture at 1/30 without worrying too much about camera shake.
It's always a risk buying a used product so it's always a pleasant surprise when the product you buy turns out to be better than expected.

The best 6x7 rangefinder camera ever made. No cons at all (except maybe the expensive lens of the Mamiya 7 series).
