Still quite new but the EURO-CHEF 2000w portable induction cooktop is a fantastic machine. We use it every night & so far it’s perfect. The ability to adjust the wattage & easily read it makes for a more scientific, less guesswork type of cookery e.g. times & temp’s nailed down. Also love knowing exactly how many watts of power I’m using which satisfies my need for a responsible, economical use of energy (although my family just says I’m el cheap-o). So far 10/10, faultless.

The buttons are not centred underneath the stickers so you have to press around until you hear a beep. Looks like the sticker printed a few cm below the indentations too so everything just looks wonky. It works though! Kinda... Every 4 mins or so mine turns on and off over and over again for about 1 min, and then lets me turn it on again. It’s made of cheap feeling plastic that you would think would burn or melt but nope...so that’s good. The flickering might be a power issue. Haven’t tried plugging it into a different socket yet. Regardless, for the price, it’s okay and gets the job done for the most part. Just wish it was better production quality.

Very fast heating. Heats the pot and not the plate. Frying can only be done on the cake or toast settings to avoid an error code. On these settings you can control the heat of the pan. On the other settings for pots with liquid or moist foods it is fast heating and easy to control to a simmer. I'm really impressed.
