There was no packaging around the Darksaber and now the box is extremely damaged, I reached out to there support team to obtain a refund or an exchange, but was told they won’t send a return postage label. I was told that I would have to pay for the returned postage my self before I get a refund or an exchange. Why should the customer have to pay for return postage because there unable to package the item safely for transport. The rep said they will pass feedback on to the warehouse.
