There should be programs that take into consideration different types of flour. The auto-weigh feature is far less valuable if you don't use standard plain flour. Having to manually override the amount of liquid the machine tells you when using different flour types such as Gluten free defeats the purpose. This is a very big negative based on the cost to what is generally a good machine.

Happy with the machine, only problem is the liquid measure is not correct. Pasta far too dry. Has been trial & error the get right. It would be good to be good if you would be able to adjust kneading time, otherwise all good.

Great device. The fat papadelle attachment makes horrible pasta but the rest of it is very good. Love the ravioli sheets and the spaghetti ones . Super easy to use and cleanup is easy too

I have used this gadget 3 times up to now and it hasn't produced good pasta yet. I have no trouble making pasta by hand and thought this machine would make it a lot quicker. By the time I have finished fiddling about trying to get the dough to go through the extruder I might as well have made it by hand. I'll keep trying, but it doesn't impress me one bit at the moment.
