Item as described and delivered within the expected period - have bought before, will be ibuying again for sure - all communication so far has been automated, just waiting for seller to mark item delivered and get a proper invoice. thanks for your prompt service and pleasant communications. Slight damage to the box during transit (possible drop damage as it landed on a corner but was in in a padded courier bag. As item in not a present it’s not a big issue.

When opening the box, a slight hairline crack on the panel was visible, yet the picture was visible. Being ultra busy on weekdays I would wait till the weekend after to switch on the télé again. By then the cracks have progressed from right to left and no pic visible. I contacted TCL service. They concluded that I had taken 2 weeks to complete documentation and late to report the defect. TCL rejected the claim. Honestly can a tv be this fragile. TCL blames TGG & me. Dislike confrontation. Sad!
