Bought the S8 on the 6th of September. Straight out of the box, it wouldnt charge or turn on, took them about 2 weeks to take it back and access it. They approved a warranty replacement. It has been another 2 weeks now and a new one has still not been sent out. Their customer service team apparently cant afford a phone so email is the only option, it has been a nightmare to deal with them.

Part of the item sent out was not what I ordered and didn’t bother to contact to advise that it was out of stock and sent something else and I have had no response for a week now.
I would have cancelled my order had I known now to try to return it is a bigger hassle. I am very disappointed as Roborock came highly recommended and I’m stuck with something that looks utterly stupid in my living room
