I have found these are the best extension mirrors for use with our slide on camper van. Easy and fast to fit and remove, they give excellent vision. They do not mark your existing mirrors at all but always pays to tweak up the two clamping screws at the end of each days travel to be sure they stay tight. Nature of the beast, the mirrors take a buffeting out there. Tried other mirrors, these are the best alternative to the expensive slide out versions, in my opinion.

These extender mirrors are flat glass and do not give a particularly large field of view when mounted off door mirrors. Additionally they need clearance between the glass and the door mirror housing to be fully effectively attached. Surprisingly it is not as easy to attach as indicated by the packaging material. PS - the tenuous grip the right hand mirror had on the car rear view mirror did not last the trip down the Pacific Highway. The mirror was last seen near Taree, where it must have quietly slipped off. You need to be sure that these will actually grip your rear view mirrors before buying these. PPS I had already removed the left hand mirror because of its ultra tenuous grip on the rear view mirror

Better than clip over towing mirrors ..very stable, but not wobble free ..on reflection I'd opt for the alternative glass lense type offered (a larger lense would also be beneficial)

These are the easiest towing mirrors I have ever bought. No marking on the mirrors, very stable. Good size for viewing whilst reversing my caravan.

I 've been using these for just over 18 months. They are well made and great on the highway. On rough dirt roads they do vibrate along with everything else so the image gets blurred but I can tell if someone is coming up behind me. I really like the way they easily fit to my existing mirrors in the same position each time so minimal adjustment required. I always check the screws after rough roads but they've crossed the Gibb River Road and others without falling off. I would definitely buy the same again rather than those 'elephant ears' such as clearview and similar.
