Personally, I prefer calculators that have shifted functions available on keys, rather than functions hidden in menus. I find them faster and more intuitive. My most used (financial) calculator is a HP 12c. But this calculator is also very nice. There are many functions here that are impractical or impossible on the 12c; in particular the math and statistics functions. RPN is almost a must for me, so no problems there. I find most calculations to be pretty intuitive, working through the menus. Some people complain about keyboard quality. It's not the best HP calculator keyboard I've used, but so far it is better than most other manufacturers. Perhaps it will get worse over time, or perhaps I got lucky with a particularly good one. The screen is clear, and viewing angles are good. I mostly use my calculator sitting on the desk and it works well that way, the rubber feet keep it nicely in place. The edges are a little uncomfortable holding it in the hand, but it's a nice size. Buying one of these and converting it in to a WP34s would give you perhaps one of the greatest scientific calculators ever conceived. Overall, I'm going to stick with my HP 12C for most daily things, but it's a nice calculator to pull out sometimes, and if I'm working on non-financial math I'll use it occasionally instead of my HP 35s or Prime.Read full review
