The DVD box set was brand new, well packaged and quickly sent. The listing stated the discs were region 4, but the box had region 2 printed on it. The discs do play in a region 4 player, so are actually coded for region 2 and 4. The seller responded quickly to my query about this and confirmed that they had tested the discs.
