I decided to buy this book because I wanted to learn to eat healthier but didn't want to sacrifice the pleasure and enjoyment of eating. Graham Kerr certainly acclomplishes that in this recipe book. The two recipes I tried (Tacos De Pescado and stir Fried Salad Vinagrette)in this book were so tasty and pleasurable, that you didn't mind the low fat and low calorie intake. All the recipes come with Nutrional Profiles and helful hints and Observations and explanations of any unusual ingrediants. The two observations I would have about the recipes in general in this book are: even though I found these recipes fun and enjoyable to make they are also somewhat time consuming recipes. Also there is an extra added expense of buying some unusual herbs and spices and ingrediants. There are a lot of ingrediants to Graham Kerr's recipes. I am overall very pleased with the addition of this cookbook to my collection but I will mostly be saving this recipe book for special occasions and weekends.Read full review
