I went from being a terrible sand shot player to one who now sees the sand as a place to easily get up and down. With my old sand wedge I (10 handicapper) I would leave shots in the trap, skull others over the green, and felt like every swing began with a prayer. With this new sand wedge I holed the second shot I hit with it, and am getting up and down in 2 shots over 60% of the time. The technique is simple set up and just swing through the sand hitting approximately 2" behind the ball and let the bounce due the rest. The club (56 deg) is fine off the fairway, but absolutely excels out of the sand.

Not sure about the wedge, its different and somewhat difficult to hit, but our sand here in Oregon is still wet and hard, it will be a better test in soft sand

By far the worst sand wedge I have ever owned. Been playing for 50 years and a 10 handicapper. Nothing easy about this wedge. So sorry I bought it.
