I saw a show on The Food Network all about Southwest cooking. I realized I didn't have a Southwest cookbook in my collection and immediatly searched E-Bay for one. "Classic Southwest Cooking" is exactly what I wanted. It has many of the same type recipes I saw on the show, plus MANY more. It contains recipes using the hot peppers my husband loves, and also a section with information about the different kinds of peppers and how to use them. It was a great value and is a prized (and well-used) addition to my collection.
