I have had the earlier edition of Season's Greetings for many years. It is the cookbook I always turn to for holiday or festive recipes. This is a brand new edition with all of my old favorites plus more. It has wonderful recipes for Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years and Holiday Teas. Some of these recipes, like the Zucchini Rice Casserole, Broccoli-Onion Casserole, Cornbread Sausage Stuffing and Butter-Lettuce Salad, are now family favorites. If I don't make them I'm in trouble! The pictures and instructions are wonderful, including make-ahead tips. There are also great recipes for leftover Thanksgiving turkey. I also like the section on making edible gifts and jams. I entered the Mint Chocolate Liqueur and Blackberry Vinegar in our County Fair this year and both one blue ribbons. Season's Greetings is my favorite holiday cookbook, but I use it year round.Read full review
