Owning 2 previously before my recent buy on here, I know that it performs well to provide great airflow into the case or onto a CPU cooler. Utilizing the anti-vibration mounting and the power-pin adapters, you can make this quiet while still providing the flow needed. Great usage are for air cooled CPU coolers and front intake. Only downside, from my experience: short rubber mounts make it hard to pull on it to set it in properly. It takes a while to get it set. However, it's worth it.

These fans are arguably the very best. The product is extremely well engineered and executed. The color is now brand-associated. Nobody else uses this color - so when I see it, I know it's Noctua. I cannot afford to buy these for their retail price. Seriously, $25 - $35 for a 120mm case fan? Many fans have great quiet technology at half (or less) the price for these. However,I do like getting "snob" level products for a bargain. These always fill my requirements for quiet fans on a PC.
