The quality and sound features are great, however the battery does not last 8 hours of talk time like it says (maybe 3-4 hours of actual talk time). Also, it is very expensive compared to other headsets that are of the same caliber. I usually go with jabra products due to the wide range of compatibility. I use them for work and compatibility and stability are crucial.

I'm holding off on Good Quality rating as of this One Week Review (Feb. 24, 2022). The device just "Powered Off" the other night, and couldn't be re-activated until I disconnected the power cable for about a minute, then plugged it back in. I tried 5-10 seconds the first couple times, panicked a little, then 20-30secs., and then the full minute. Most frustrating, but it has remained powered up and working since then. This is my second Jabra Pro 9470, and it is (when working) an excellent USB/ Bluetooth headset :)

This headset is very comfortable and can be worn all day. I spend all day on conf calls and sometimes I forget I have it on. The range is also excellent. I am able to walk outside and check my mail while I am on a call, and my mailbox is 3 houses down from mine. All in all, I think this is an excellent headset and the bluetooth paired easily with my cell and makes it easier for me to switch between my VOIP and my cell. I would recommend this headset to anyone who spends a lot of time on conf calls throughout the day.

I have been using one of these for the past 11 years with my company. I really like the ability to connect with my desk phone, cell phone and my computer. My old one finally quit working (but my business partner's 9470 is still going strong) so I got this one. It works as expected with one caveat. To listen to the computer, I now have to press on the computer icon itself and select "PC Audio Communication. All I used to do is pick up the headset with the computer selected or press the phone icon. Neither of these options work now. I am satisfied as long as I can listen to the computer. The range is very good and I often go out to my mailbox while talking (30+feet away). I would recommend this to anyone who is needing a headset for phone communication. I highly recommend the mono because it allows me to hear hat is going on around me as well as listening to the conversation.Read full review

I now own two of these. The VOIP works great, the bluetooth works great, never used the office phone feature. Clarity is great, range is great. I don't like the mono unit as much as the one with two ear pieces, but it is still great for folks who like to hear out of one hear instead of two.
