Installed it on my Phenom 1100t and it cooled from 30-32 to 22-23 Celsius, I have overclocked it to the top ( 18.5x ) and it runs around 30-33 Celsius. In winter is running idle at 12 Celsius without overclock. Installation manual is not 100% crystal, at least not to me, took me about 30 minutes to install it. It is not controllable with software, you connect the fans to the cpu cooler in the motherboard and the pump to a normal non speed controllable fan. It works well for me since I wanted a silent cooler.
