Due to nerve damage in my arm and subsequent surgeries in April, I need to switch to a vertical mouse. A conventional one is just too painful. I bought the wireless, size small. It fits my hand perfectly and mine measures 6 1/2 inches from tip of middle finger to crease in wrist. Really alleviates a lot of pain. My only complaint is the 3rd or bottom button. Not necessary for day to day use and a pain to click it. Wish it was just the 2 buttons normally used. A very expensive mouse but medically necessary for me.

I liked the feel of the mouse and the multiple buttons. However, the right click and double click buttons are too hard to press. One aspect of an ergonomic mouse should be ease of clicking, to keep your arm from tiring, especially if you’re using it all day.

I have a wired Evoluent mouse at work and now I have a wireless one at home! Love them both!
