It was my first time changing out a PSU, I got a Dell Optiplex 7010 MT and the 275W wasn't good enough so I went for this. Paid close attention to what and where the Sata/Molex/CPU connectors were and connected them. Frankly it was a little messy, I got cut twice but only because I was pushing myself to finish before sundown. Good experience and great PSU. Glad sh*t didn't explode on me.

I thought my power supply was the problem on the first try turning it on but it was a cable that wasn’t plugged in right from my motherboard haha! if you think it doesn’t work then double check and re-plug everything from your motherboard
