Nice Solid item, and works great!
Even though I live in the UK, I purchased this from the USA, and it still worked out cheaper with p&p to buy than to buy one in the UK. When the hand tool came, it was made well, robust, and works well. Very smooth, and light weight. We clean a lot of office upholstery chairs, and the hand tool cleans really well. Would recommend this hand tool to anyone looking for a a decent carpet/upholstery tool.

Perfect..
I have been carpet and upholstery cleaning for close to 31 years..my old upholstery wand went bad.. So I bought one, but it sprayed like a fire plug..way too much water for cleaning a couch or chair, or steps...maybe good for washing a car lol..like a garden hose! So I shopped again. I Found this wand and the water flow is perfect! Quality built, and with sturdy material..the vacuum suction, and recovery are great also...I will sell the other one.. But this one is PERFECT.
