Von A wie Anbau bis Z wie Zartbitterschokolade: Mit dieser Werkstatt begleiten Ihre Schüler die Entstehung eines hierzulande sehr beliebten und bekannten Produktes - der Schokolade. Die Schüler werfen einen Blick hinter die Kulissen und erfahren, woher die Kakaobohnen stammen, wie sie angebaut und transportiert werden und welche Schritte nötig sind, damit aus ihnen schließlich Schokolade entsteht. Neben der Theorie kommt auch die Praxis nicht zu kurz: Ihre Schüler testen verschiedene Schokoladensorten oder stellen eigene Schokoladenprodukte her. Inhalte, die zur Selbstreflexion auffordern, runden die Werkstatt ab - so werden die Kinder zum Beispiel dazu aufgefordert, ihren eigenen Schokoladenkonsum zu reflektieren oder setzen sich mit den Themen Kinderarbeit auf Kakaofeldern sowie Fairtrade auseinander.
