Ich habe 2x SchimmelX Farbe von PUFAS bestellt, stattdessen habe ich 2x Anti-Schimmel Farbe von BAUFAN bekommen. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Der Verkäufer versicherte jedoch, dass es sich um das identische Produkt aus gleicher Produktion handelt. Es wurde ein Preisnachlass angeboten. Da wir die Farbe dringend benötigt haben, haben wir das Angebot angenommen. Der Versand war sehr schnell.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Dose von außen (wie der Artikelbeschreibung zu entnehmen und auch noch einmal auf einem beiliegenden Zettel genauer erläutert!) etwas ramponiert, aber sicher verpackt. Der Türenlack war absolut ohne Beanstandungen und ließ sich super verarbeiten. Habe direkt nochmal eine zweite Dose bestellt (im Haus warten noch mehr Türen auf einen neuen Anstrich). Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ware nicht erhalten. Direkt nach dem Kauf wird eine DHL Sendungsnummer mitgeteilt. Das Paket wird jedoch nie beim Verkäufer abgeholt und nicht versendet. Nach einer Woche Wartezeit habe ich den Verkäufer angeschrieben mit der Bitte um Klärung. Der Verkäufer hat kommentarlos den Kauf abgebrochen. Telefonisch niemand zu erreichen.
Das ist ein schlechter Kundenservice.
