Der Verkäufer lehnte die Lieferung am 11.12.2023 mit folgender Begründung ab:
Leider handelt es sich bei der fehlerhaften ebay-Beschreibung um einen offensichtlichen Preisfehler. Zum Preis von 8,01 Euro können leider keine 8m-Rolle geliefert werden. Wir erklären deshalb hiermit einen Erklärungsirrtum gem. § 119 Abs.1 Alt.2 BGB.
Stand heute 08.01.2024 ist das Angebot nach wie vor in ebay eingestellt. Habe das Dichtband zu einem geringfügig höheren Preis bei einem anderen Händler erstanden.
