Ich war sehr enttäuschent. Der Turbolader ist einen Tag zu spät gekommen. Als ich in auspackte durfte ich festgestellt das die Welle fest ist und sich nichts bewegt. Verpackt war er wirklich mangelhaft . Ebenso der Kontakt zum Verkäufer. Keine Entschuldigung nichts. Ich habe nach einem Rücksendeetikett gefragt welches ich auch 3 Tage später bekommen habe. Der turbo ist wieder beim Händler. Kaufpreis sowie Pfand habe ich noch nicht erstattet bekommen.

Sehr geehrter Herr Timo,Für den Versand können wir leider nichts, Paket wird an ein Paket Shop abgegeben und der Rest liegt nicht in unserer Hand. 1 Tag Verspätung finden wir noch okay.Für den Defekten an den Turbolader haben wir uns natürlich entschuldigt. Verursacht durch den Paket Dienstleister.Und zum Label wir waren in Urlaub,und das haben wir Ihnen auch geschrieben sobald wir wieder vor Ort waren haben wir Ihnen ein Label zugeschickt.Das Geld haben wir Ihnen am den gleich Tag Erstattet
