Invicta Pro Diver Watches

I spent a lot of time looking for a great watch to put on my wrist. I had typically not worn watches, primarily because they never appealed to me or my sense of fashion. I chose the Invicta 6981 Black and Gold specifically because it looked large and classy. I wasn't going for an over-the-top look, but this watch looks perfectly scaled on my relatively large wrists. The black plastic and metal with the gold accents, some brushed, some shiny, always draw my eyes to it. The face itself is clean and easy to read, but intricate enough to hold your gaze, if you are into the finer details like I am. The watch is simple to set, it's mechanical so you never need to wind it or change batteries. It's features are easy to use, like the stop watch and setting the time and date. The alarm is a bit more intricate, but following the directions that come with it should get you through the process. The warranty is fair and the extended one is all encompassing. Overall - I give this watch a 9/10, mostly because I got it on sale, 75% off. The retail price is a bit much, but you will be sure to get attention for wearing it as well as a fantastically built watch. -Nate K.

I've not tested its seal beyond the shower, but it went through that much just fine. Meanwhile, it is the largest men's wristwatch I have worn, but it is not too large (it is "prominent), it is accurate, and it is certainly the most beautiful and impressive watch that I have ever owned. As they say about appearance, it is only skin deep, so don't bang this one about if you want it to stay pretty; its enamel is thin, says a very small scratch on the index ring that I managed to pick up in the month that I have worn it. Other than that one, barely visible thing, it still looks as if it was unpacked only yesterday. The price was good, it works well, and it is delightful to look at, so that is all very good. Also, the index dial actually turns and is usable. Hopefully, I will be able to try it out on some dives later this year and have no salt or leakage issues -- it performs very well, so far. I find no external serial number, just as an observation, but have no complaint about that.

This is an incredible watch. I had the bracelet sized at a watch makers store to make sure that the bracelet was properly fitted. The upper bezel acts as a guard for the crystal, keeping it from being easily scratched. The watch is very comfortable for the wrist and fits well in the sleeve of my shirt. The only point that could be a problem is the date is quite small and could be hard to see if the gentleman is older and has problems with his eyes. Other than that, WOW!!! Thanks, Marc

Have truly enjoyed this watch even more than my other Invicta piece which receives a lot of compliments also. Everyone compliments the deep blue and quality of the band. I purchased it as a birthday gift to myself but was pleasantly surprised to hear that I didn't have to buy any batteries!, it automatically runs with the movement of your arm. Couldn't be more satisfied and if you are on the fence regarding purchasing this watch, Buy it, you won't regret it!

This timepiece is elegant enough to wear going out and not so expensive that you're afraid to wear it everywhere and every day. I've had folks think it cost 5 times as much as I really paid for it. Love the blue with gold combination and the band is very comfortable. Highly recommended to someone just starting with Invictas and I don't think you'll find a nicer watch for the money!

Had to take it to be fitted of course but only took the jeweler less than 10 mins with the right tools. What I love about Invicta is it is a highly stylish watch, that you DO get public complements on allot of the time. I would love to see a Gold/Clear case w/gold band. The inside workings of an Invicta is what is amazing. Let it show!

I simply love this watch. It's stylish and feels solid. It's heavy and fully waterproof. I take it swimming all the time and have no problems with it. The rotating bezel is a nice touch. The strap is very comfortable and should fit most wrists. It's illuminated hands can be seen in total darkness. I totally recommend this watch to everyone.

I bought this watch for my husband to replace a similar Invicta watch he's had for many years that needs repair. Unfortunately, we've been unable to find a local jeweler that is able to repair it. He actually loves this one more! It's beautiful and is also a great value. I'm planning to get him another Invicta for Christmas.

I love the watch, but was somewhat disappointed that the dial was smaller than I realized. At 37.7 I find just increasing size to 40 or 41 would have made a noticeable improvement. Regardless, I am keeping it as I like the all gold finish and no others in larger sizes just like that in this price range

I had $6000 Longine that claimed falsely water resistant, stopped, company wanted 1,000 to fix w/out guarantee. So I bought this, have worn daily swimming and bathing, it still looks and works perfectly. A tip - it began to slow down and my honest watchmaker told me to wind it! And that worked!

IT IS A VERY GOOD LOOKING WATCH AND WELL BUILT , THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS YOU CAN NOT READ THE DIAL AT NIGHT IN THE DARK! ITS LUMINUS HANDS ARE NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH. OTHER THEN THAT I LOVE IT.

The watch is beautiful and very stylish. My only issue is the watch band loop broke after first use.. Could have had a thicker loop. Doesn't look easy to replace.

Not like other invicta's - very light and felt cheap. I was disappointed as most invictas are heavy and feel like quality. This one did not...

Hi the watch looks like it would be uncomfortable but it's not at all.

Watch looks and works great but Bottom edges are sharp and uncomfortable.
