Delivery times stated were not met. Only upon asking I was told it could be months instead of days. When I then requested a refund I was suddenly shipped the item. However I was sent a used item instead of a new one in original packaging without any communication. Returning the product and getting the refund then took weeks. Seller is not proactive in dealing with customer. CANNOT RECOMMEND and would never buy from them again. Very poor.
