Der Artikel entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Er weist oberflächlich sichtbare Beschädigungen auf. Eine OVP war nicht vorhanden. Es fehlten Montage-Teile, die in Eigenregie nachgekauft werden mussten. Die restlichen Montagebestandteile waren „notdürftig“ mit Folie und Verpackungsband verpackt. Der Artikel ist weder neu, noch unbenutzt.
Der Verkäufer war bzgl. eines geringen anteiligen Schadensausgleich nicht kompromissbereit und schon gar nicht einsichtig, was den Artikelzustand betrifft.
