Hier hat DHL Mist gebaut, wodurch der Artikel nicht ankam weil DHL diesen einfach an den Absender zurück versandt hat. Die Kommunikation beschränkte sich auf sinngemäß „jetzt muss ich die Rücklieferung auch noch bezahlen“ auf meinen Hinweis bei DHL anzurufen kam keine Antwort mehr. Den Artikel wollte ich nach wie vor haben, darauf ging man nicht ein und erstattete einfach nur den Kaufpreis!
Verbesserungswürdig!!!
Positiv nur noch, weil der Fehler bei DHL lag, sonst hätte ich Neutral Bewertet!
