Ich weis nicht ob es der Standard ist bei SHV Handels GmbH, aber dat packet ist ohne weitere schützende Umverpackung verschikt (einfach den Adressenkleber auf den dunnen Karton). Wahrend des Versands ist die stahl kiste beschadigt. Ich habe mich sofort gemeldet, mit Foto, mit der Frage wie dieses gelöst werden kann.
Nach 4 tagen keine Reaktion, nicht ein mahl das, mann sich auf eine Lösung berät. Nie wieder bei dieser firma.

Der Artikel ist Super! Aber die Zustellung war war nicht in Ordnung. Nach der Meldung zugestellt, wurde der Artikel sehr lange gesucht bis er gefunden wurde. Nach Anruf beim Zusteller konnte nur eine wagge Umgebung beschrieben werden. Die nicht auf dem Grundstück lag. Der Mitarbeiter des Zustellers der Tage später kam, war sehr aggressiv und nicht kompetent so er 92 jährige Dame beschimpfte und bedrängte Ihr den Lieferschein zu unterschreiben. Ich werde darauf achten das dieses Unternehmen.
