Excellent seller communication and prompt refund when the packet appeared to be lost. In fact, Czech Post (local delivery on the buyer's side) delayed the delivery by at least a week, the packet finally was delivered. Now settling the refund back with the seller. Long delivery was not seller's fault, the item was sent out immediately after payment.
