Ich weiß auch nicht was ich von Fa. Motea halten soll die Kundenbetreuung ist sagen wir mal sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.Man bekommt meist erst nach 1 Woche Antwort, aber nur wenn man schon gekauft hat, vorher gibt es keine Auskunft. Mein Artikel war nicht ganz wie beschrieben, als ich dann erst einmal Kontakt hatte war die Abwicklung freundlich und ich bekam wenigstens, weil das beanstandete Teil nicht mehr vorhanden war, eine Teilrückerstattung, insofern korrekt und in Ordnung.
