Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all details/ pictures on this site are accurate and up-to-date, sometimes mistakes can happen. If you are unhappy with or have a problem with your goods, please let me know ASAP so that I am able to resolve it for you. I always work with buyers to resolve any problems in the quickest time possible.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted if you change your mind or do not require goods any more, you must notify me ASAP. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt in its original state sent out and packaging where possible. Return postage must be paid by BUYER and proof of postage is recommended.
Refund will be issued upon receipt of returned items.
ITEMS LOST/ DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged/ defective, you must notify me ASAP so that a replacement (stock permitting) or refund can be issued. I will cover the cost of return postage without any extra expense to you.
Goods are always dispatched within same or 1 working day of purchase. Next working day for weekends, Bank and Public holidays.
I will NOT be responsible for any delays made by Postal services or Couriers. Please notify me if your items have been delayed.
Proof of postage is always obtained.
I reserve the right to cancel an order if:
Payment cannot be obtained from you.
I have insufficient stock to deliver the goods that you have ordered.
I do not or cannot deliver to your area or country.
A product, price or description mistake has been identified.
I will notify the buyer by email and refund all costs as soon as possible.
