It's a pretty nice collection of recipes, lots of flavour(s). And, by the way, it's an effective altough somehow unexpected way to loose weight! I believe it's not for everybody, as some flavours and soooo many chilli pepper variants may not please to al tastes. (Also, some shorter people may have to adapt the portions...) Overall a nicely written cook book, easy to follow, correct and technically flawless, thanks chef!
