Description, shipping cost/time, communications were all spot on... packaging for shipment was not. It was sealed in a plastic envelope only which resulted in a crushed model kit box and the decals inside recevied wrinkle damage! Model parts itself seem to have no damage as far as I can see, but the item should have been packaged inside a sturdy cardboard shipping box to protect from damage! I am not impressed at all with the way this was sent to me from the UK to the USA.
