Misfits is a great TV show that is definatley worth watching! I am glad to own it and now I need season 2!
Misfits is a great programme, it is well thought out and keeps you on your toes throughout. The characters are great and your always left wanting to watch more.
I love this! i loved it when it was first on! it's great to watch and well worth buying :D Misfits is a new departure. On paper, its premise – a group of kids doing community service get caught up in a storm and weird things start to happen – sounded distinctly ropey. Seemingly inspired by the multitude of “high concept” American drama series currently doing the rounds – from Heroes to FlashForward – it was never going to have the budget that gives those series their slick sheen of credibility. But as it transpired there were other, more interesting and lower-budget, inspirations at work here too, such as the Nineties teenage horror film I Know What You Did Last Summer, the recent BBC Three drama Being Human and, more than anything, Simon Pegg’s comedy zombie movie Shaun of the Dead. Misfits had two further things working very much in its favour: an absolutely cracking script by Howard Overman (who’s previously written for Hustle, Merlin and Spooks: Code 9), and one of the most engaging ensembles of young British talent seen on screen for some time.Read full review
I really love this series so I treated myself to the Dvd, Misfits is a brillant, unique programme. About 5 teens doing community service, who get struck by lightning and get super powers. Its very funny and also very dark in places. Definitely worth watching.
