The shot scope v2 is a great watch for golfing. The tags are easy to attach to your clubs, and during the round the only thing you need to remember to do is to record the number of putts as you end the hole. The stats on the app are really interesting and helpful for thinking about where to improve your game.

The GPS is very accurate and it is easy to use. On GPS and track where it reads through Bluetooth club taken and distance etc probably not for winter golf. Remembering to clear the hole after putting can be a challenge! Overall an excellent bit of kit.

I have been using the Arccos gen1 system for about 3 years and really liked it. I did have to check my phone to insure the shots were picked up and most of the time it was. I know the gen2 is suppose to be more sensitive, but I did not like having to send it back for battery replacement. Anyway, this shotscope v2 picked up every shot in my first two rounds. The big advantage is the putting collect info. The reason it’s not perfect is you have no idea if it picked up your shots or what your score is until you sync it to your phone or pc...after the round. I was amazed and disappointed this was not part of the live system. However, if it continues to pick up every shot, a pencil and paper will have to do to verify.

I've used a number of times now and am over the moon. Most of my friends use range finders, but now turn to me for the information they need. OK no exact pin location but front, middle, back doesn't leave you far to putt. For the cost it beats it competitors by a round
