Item arrived with lots of bugs in the box had to dispose of all packaging and box which devalued the doll and although I decided to keep doll and ask for a partial refund my messages were ignored and no further communication was received !

You opened a return, which I accepted and then you decided to keep it. You then asked for a partial refund. I just wanted it returned. As far as I am concerned, I don't see why I should give you money off for leaving a negative. Yes, the bugs were unfortunate and out of my control, but I offered you a full refund. I wouldn't be surprised if you planted the bugs to get a discount.
