Refurbished but hardly any marks in great condition. Screen is sharp and clear. Keyboard has a nice feel to it. Battery lasts about 3hrs. Only fault is slight lag changing Windows and apps otherwise all good. Base doesn't get too hot compared to my previous Dell latitude.
