This Tassimo was purchased to replace my current faulty machine. I was not looking to purchase a Manufacturer Refurbished item, but the outstanding price for this machine, I could not go wrong. The item was delivered in a very strong box, machine included, a water Filter and Descaling tablet also provided and I cannot fault this along with the original Tassimo manual(s). The Tassimo Joy is an excellent machine, looks good and is easy to remove parts to wash them. Very quiet, excellent capacity water tank (although smaller than my existing machine) but I cannot fault this at all. You can use the tank without the Brita Filter of which is what I am doing but plan to use the filter in a few days. High marks all round. Would I purchase another Tassimo Joy - YES.

Sorry to say , I am not totally pleased , I bought this to replace identical item , unfortunately to cut down costs , (can’t think of another plausible reason ) the length of cable used from machine to plug had been reduced . Consequently I cannot use it in the position I want as cable does not reach power socket . I find this very irritating

I ordered this Bosch tassimo machine and I love it. It is very easy to use. And it is instant to use when you turn on your machine and you have the cup sign there and you put your favourite t pod in and it's very quick the tea is very good and hot choclate and kenco coffee and you can get lots more different coffees I would recommend any one that wanted to buy a Bosch tassimo I use it every day, the only thing is I wish the pods was cheaper than they are as I think there quite expensive over wise great 👍
