'Okay', but definitely not equivalent of Bosch/Makita/DeWalt T234X
These Saxton blades are similar to Bosch T234X (and Makita/DeWalt clones), but I now know that the Saxtons are not the same quality for less money. They are less quality for less money. I should've known better, but I was tempted by the large price difference. The tooth profile is broadly-similar to genuine T234X, but the steel is very slightly thinner when viewed edgeways-on, and considerably slimmer when viewed from the side, so the net result is that you're getting a less-robust blade, and this is very important because many people who regularly use genuine T234X do so specifically because it doesn't wander when cutting thick kitchen worktops. I am sorry to say that these Saxton copies do wander noticeably more when cutting - not horrendously, but noticeably more than genuine ... These Saxton blades are similar to Bosch T234X (and Makita/DeWalt clones), but I now know that the Saxtons are not the same quality for less money. They are less quality for less money. I should've known better, but I was tempted by the large price difference. Also of note is that these Saxton blades are SPRAY-PAINTED silver! That is a disconcerting quality flag for me - the steel underneath is quite black, once the blade has been used for a few minutes, so it might, perhaps, indicate a lower grade of steel being used by the (probably Chinese) manufacturer. It's certainly peculiar, at the very least. In summary, these blades cut admirably fast and are not bad value, for 50p a piece, if all one wants to do is crudely cut through 18mm MDF or 2x4 timber, but for anyone who has grown accustomed to the impressive quality of cut (and trueness/lack of wander of cut) which genuine T234X blades provide, and who really needs accuracy, then these may fall short, as they have done for me. It's back to the genuine ones for me; you'll have to draw your own conclusions on these Saxtons.

For the price these blades are very good for general work
I use these for general purpose work on most types of materials, wood plastic etc. And have found them a good all rounder product. Well worth the money.
