I was pleasantly surprised when the press arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately on opening the press it was not the one that I ordered however this was sorted very quickly and the right one was then sent out and still arrived before I expected the first one. The customer service was excellent and they answered questions I had quickly. The actual heat press pressure seems a little uneven but this may because it is a clam press. Overall I am happy with my purchase for the price I paid.

    Nice quality mugs

    I have been using these for a while now and although you might get the odd one that’s not perfect, the cost of these are just great value for money. They press great and have a nice crisp clean glossy finish. I have purchased mugs elsewhere and there’s little to no difference in quality for a big jump in price from other retailers. You won’t regret buying these mugs 👍🏻
