Thought I’d give these a try. I suffer with neck shoulders and back discomfort. These have helped with the pain and reduced stiffness and therefore I have better movement. The plasters do obviously stop working, just replace the plaster bit and re stick. I am currently using K tape or Rocktape cut to size which last even through showering.
