The bike arrived very quickly and care was taken in packing it. It was easy enough to assemble the seat post, handlebars etc. The spokes needed a bit of tightening but the gears were ok. The bike is fairly heavy. I guess it's a hi-tensile steel frame and the type of components you get in this price range, but it rides alright once you are on it and it has a good selection of gears.

Customer service was very patience with me, to which I apologise. Sorry. All in all I must say a great bike it s light, folds easily, feels sturdy and 21 gears. I ve brought a lot of bikes for about £300 and this is worth every penny, what a bargain. Handles nicely even off road. Brought for myself but my daughter seems to have acquired it. Thanks. Will hopefully purchase another one as soon as I can.

    Great value for money

    My old folding bike needed work and would have been half the cost of this replacement, easy decision. This one has bigger wheels and more gears and is new! Arrived very quickly, all I had to do was screw in the handle bars and seat. I found the front brakes needed adjusting but this was easy to do and the company provided a youtube link to help. I also swapped over the saddle as the one supplied is a bit too hard for me. It is a "refurbished/returned" bike but to me it looks like new apart from some dust on the tyres! Unbelievable value for £99 delivered and with warranty. I have been out on a few short rides around the village and it is fine for what I want - something to fold up, put in the car boot and use mainly on holidays for short trips.     I left negative feedback because it had a chip in the paintwork without contacting customer support for which I am sorry. Can't seem to change feedback, so here's my review. Customer support understanding, great bike for the price, good number of gears, very light, really good road bike and it even handles off road (bridle ways) very well. I love cycling and have brought lots of bike around £300 and I have to say this is a bargain, you won'tfind better for price. Folds, small and compact, it feels sturdy and rides great. Would recommend

    Excellent product with a good price!!

    I do like the products style and its practicality when I want to fold the bike. Two handlebar adjustable connectors and an additional iron next to pedals are so useful after folding the bike.

    Not suitable for a 30 minute commute.

    This bike is heavy. Not very efficient at speed, especially when driving on slopes, not suitable for a 30 minute commute. And black and white Instruction book is not clearly present, and difficult to make sense of the way of assembling the bike and adjust the gear properly. I suggest a youtube instruction better than such poor instruction book.
