Really good people to deal with. I had an issue with the blender I bought that was my own fault, not understanding how to use it properly. They dealt brilliantly with my situation, & even sent a replacement, which meant them losing money on postage. Once I realised it was my mistake, & both of them worked fine, they said they'd take the hit on the postage once I sent back the second one, even tho i said id cover that cost. Can't recommend them more.

    Just what I needed and charges my laptop effectively

    The adaptor is just what I needed for my model of laptop, and seems to work fine, charging it effectively. In this case I also like the fact that I could just connect it to my existing plug, rather than getting a new plug unnecessarily. That was partly why I chose it. It was delivered very promptly in spite of Christmas approaching - many thanks.

    Disappointed....Incorrect adaptor.!

    I had to return the product as they had given the incorrect adapter. even though I gave the description, the make and code etc of my laptop. I was very disappointed, hence rated it with only one star only because it arrived on time.

    Be aware there is no mains lead included. Obvious from the picture but I didn’t spot that ! Luckily I hadn’t discarded my old mains lead.
